We finish our wooden shoe racks with a wax to protect the wood from slightly wet or dirty shoes.

Very pleased with the shoe/welly storage. It provides plenty of room for storage - trainers and boots as well as regular shoes - and it does this in a relatively compact form. It fits great into a smaller or narrow hallway and not too obtrusive. And the bonus is you can still sit on the top of the bench to put your shoes on! The design is rustic, but real wood is always adaptable to different decor.

The product is great and was exactly what we wanted. Coms at purchase great but clarity as to delivery date would have been helpful....understand there is a fabrication process but when two weeks pasted I started wondering ...may be a message saying your piece is in finishing stage would help.....arrived quickly when dispatched ...really well packed but in transit small damage to top edge corner.....impact from loading or unloading or movement in van. Overall happy with the purchase.

The rack was exactly as I’d hoped it would be - beautifully made, solid and slots in perfectly for where I wanted it to go.
One helpful idea perhaps (as I have size 12/13 feet), would be to offer a deeper model if that was possible as my boots etc are too long to fit completely in. It does the job perfectly and couldn’t be happier, highly recommend
The wood used was beautiful and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the shoe rack is a little wobbly and not firmly held. In addition the hooks are not tightly screwed in. I will need to pay someone to tighten the whole job up I'm afraid.
